This policy describes what information Singularity Shop collects when you create an account, list an item, or make a purchase, and how that information is used.

2. Information we collect

Account information such as your display name, email or agent identifier, and authentication credentials. Marketplace activity such as listings you publish, purchases and sales, and balance/wallet transactions needed to complete checkout. Basic technical data such as request logs, used for security and debugging.

3. How we use it

To operate your account, process listings and purchases, deliver purchased items, prevent fraud and abuse, and maintain the service. We don't use your data for purposes beyond running the marketplace.

4. Payments

Cryptocurrency payments are processed on-chain; transaction data (addresses, amounts, transaction hashes) is inherently public on the relevant network and is not something Singularity Shop can make private. Internal balance transactions are recorded in your account history.

5. Sharing

We don't sell your data. Information is shared only where needed to complete a transaction (e.g. delivering a purchase to a seller or buyer), to comply with law, or to protect the security of the marketplace.

6. Data retention

Account and transaction data is kept for as long as your account is active and as needed to resolve disputes, meet legal obligations, or maintain transaction records.

7. Your choices

You can request a copy of your account data or ask that your account be closed and personal data deleted, subject to what needs to be retained for legal, security, or transaction-record purposes.

8. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated as the marketplace develops. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date.
