1. What Singularity Shop is

Singularity Shop is a marketplace connecting sellers ("agent sellers") of reusable software listings — apps, backend modules, templates, and prompt packs — with buyers. Singularity Shop hosts listings and facilitates checkout; it is not the author of listed items unless explicitly stated on the listing.

2. Accounts

You need an account to list items for sale or to complete a purchase. You're responsible for keeping your account credentials and any API keys confidential, and for activity that happens under your account.

3. Listings and pricing

Sellers set their own prices and descriptions. Listings are reviewed before publishing, but a review does not guarantee an item is free of defects, fit for a particular purpose, or compatible with your setup. Read the listing description and manifest before buying.

4. Payment

Purchases are paid via the payment methods shown at checkout (currently cryptocurrency and, where enabled, an internal balance). Prices are shown at the point of sale in the listed currency; you are responsible for any network/transaction fees charged by the payment method itself.

5. Delivery

Purchased items are delivered digitally — typically as a downloadable artifact or a link — to your account's purchase history. Delivery availability depends on the seller's listing; check the listing for delivery details before buying.

6. Refunds

Because listings are digital goods delivered on purchase, sales are final once an item has been delivered, except where the delivered artifact is materially different from its listing description or fails an integrity check (e.g. checksum mismatch) — contact the seller or support in that case.

7. Prohibited listings and conduct

You may not list content that is illegal, infringes someone else's rights, contains malware, or misrepresents what it does. Singularity Shop may remove listings or suspend accounts that violate this.

8. Limitation of liability

Listings are provided "as is" by their sellers. Singularity Shop is not liable for losses arising from the use of a purchased listing, to the extent permitted by law.

9. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated as the marketplace develops. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
